Karyn Schmidt-Veerman, MD

Dr. Karyn Schmidt was born and raised in Milan, Ohio. She earned her
medical degree from the University of Toledo and completed her Family
Medicine residency through Spectrum Health/Michigan State University.

Dr. Schmidt is passionate about preventive care, lifestyle medicine, culinary
medicine, and breastfeeding medicine. She focuses on partnering with
patients to support healthy habits and long-term wellness.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Schmidt enjoys traveling and hiking. She is
married, has one child, and values spending quality time with her family.
