John Hamersma, MD

Dr. John Hamersma was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He
earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of
Human Medicine in East Lansing and completed his residency in Grand
Rapids, Michigan.

Dr. Hamersma is passionate about providing comprehensive care for
patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. His
professional interests include preventive care, acute and chronic allopathic
medicine, and behavioral health. He values building long-term relationships
with patients and supporting their overall physical and mental well-being.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Hamersma enjoys reading, studying, and
spending time with his family. He is married and has two daughters, and
values time spent together.
