David Lieuwen, MD

Dr. David Lieuwen was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed
his undergraduate studies at Calvin College, earned his medical degree
from The Ohio State University School of Medicine and Public Health, and
completed his residency at Swedish Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Lieuwen enjoys caring for entire families and has a special interest in
cardiology and performing musculoskeletal injections. He values building
long-term relationships with his patients and providing comprehensive,
hands-on care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Lieuwen enjoys woodworking, pickleball, and
gardening. He has been married to his best friend for 22 years and has
three children. His household also includes a dog, cat, bunny, and
chickens. Dr. Lieuwen feels grateful for life and brings that sense of
appreciation into the care he provides his patients.
