Wealthy Street Office

Grand Valley Medical Specialists has two locations. The primary location (616-459-3158) is located in the Spectrum Health Blodgett Campus Professional Building at 1900 Wealthy SE, Grand Rapids, MI. The Spectrum Health Blodgett Campus complex is located at the junction of Wealthy and Plymouth near Lake Drive.

Coming from I-196, take the Fuller exit and go south, turn left on Lake Drive, then left on Wealthy.

Coming from the East on I-96, take the Cascade exit and go west, turn left onto Robinson Road, then left on Plymouth Road, and finally left on Wealthy.

Coming from West on I-96, take the East Beltline Avenue exit, go south and then turn right on Fulton St, branch to the left on Robinson Road, go left on Plymouth, and then left on Wealthy.

Coming from US-131, either take Wealthy exit and go east or go to I-196 and follow the directions above.

Parking is generally readily available in the parking structure attached to the Spectrum Health Blodgett Professional Building. Take either the West or East entrance to the first floor and the entrance to Suite 150 is in the center of the building.

HealthPark Office

The HealthPark office (616) 459-3158 is located in the HealthPark Building at 2093 Health Drive SW, Suite 200, in Wyoming, MI 49519. This office is east of Byron Center Avenue and south of Gezon Parkway, in the Metro Health Village.

Coming from the North on US-131 (Southbound), take exit 77 for M-6 West toward Holland. Proceed to Exit 5 for Byron Center Ave SW. Turn right on Byron Center Ave. and stay in the right lane. At the second light, take the "right-turn only" onto Health Dr. Proceed 0.2 mile to 2093 Health Drive, which is the third outpatient medical building on the left.

Coming from the South on US-131 (Northbound), take exit 76-77 for M-6 West toward Holland. Proceed to Exit 5 for Byron Center Ave SW. Turn right on Byron Center Ave. and stay in the right lane. At the second light, take the "right-turn only" onto Health Dr. Proceed 0.2 mile to 2093 Health Drive, which is the third outpatient medical building on the left.

Coming from Holland, take I-196 East toward Grand Rapids, then take M-6 East (Exit 64). Proceed to Exit 5 for Byron Center Ave SW, and turn left on Byron Center Ave. Move into the right lane after crossing the M-6 overpass. At the third light, take the "right-turn only" onto Health Dr. Proceed 0.2 mile to 2093 Health Drive, which is the third outpatient medical building on the left.

Coming from Lansing, , take I-96 West toward Grand Rapids, then take M-6 West toward Holland. Proceed to Exit 5 for Byron Center Ave SW. Turn right on Byron Center Ave. and stay in the right lane. At the second light, take the "right-turn only" onto Health Dr. Proceed 0.2 mile to 2093 Health Drive, which is the third outpatient medical building on the left.
